Tired of feeling stressed and on autopilot? Our weekly group mindfulness sessions are an invitation to pause, reset, and experience inner peace.
Led by certified coach and meditation teacher Sarah, these sessions will guide you to gain practical mindfulness tools to break free from the loop of burnout and connect deeply with yourself in a supportive community.
Session Format:
- One hour each week (Tuesdays at 8:30 pm EST)
- 30 Minutes of guided practice
- 30 Minutes of group discussion
In order to support everyone to build mindful habits, benefit from weekly mindfulness practices and improve the quality of their lives, we have provided different packages to make sure it fits all budgets. Through each package you can join 2-5 sessions.
