Prince is a purpose-driven leader with 25+ years of experience in organizational transformation, social entrepreneurship, and strategic planning.
He has served as President of The Rotary Club of Toronto, and has sat on various Foundation Boards.
Prince’s leadership and contributions to improving wellness, eradicating food insecurity and homelessness, were recognized when he was personally nominated by the Governor General of Canada and honoured with the King Charles III Medal.

Sarah
Sarah is a Certified 'Heal Your Life' Coach, Trained MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Teacher, sought-after speaker, and workshop facilitator.
She knows first-hand the struggles many women face in finding balance between health, stress, and daily habits in life. Sarah creates a safe and supportive space for people to explore personal growth and self-discovery.
Her workshops and one-on-one coaching offer practical tools to live in the present moment, embrace self-love, improve self-esteem, improve satisfaction, and navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and resilience.
Sarah is a Rotarian, having served as the Past Chair of the Public Image Committee at Rotary Club of Toronto Eglinton.

Derek
As a Professional Engineer and coach with over 2.5 decades of experience, Master Derek has built a career rooted in the Taekwondo principles of Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Perseverance, and Indomitable Spirit.
He has extensive cross-functional leadership experience. Known for his coaching and mentoring impact, Derek has helped individuals and organizations move beyond limitations, strengthen collaboration, and achieve meaningful results.
Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Derek’s Caribbean heritage has shaped his vibrant energy, optimism, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
His philosophy is simple and powerful: imagination creates possibility, belief drives action, and self-trust makes transformation real.

As a Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, Emma understands the benefits of movement for both physical and mental well-being. With regular practice, participants can discover greater balance and resilience in their busy lives.
With experience teaching in a diverse range of settings, Emma specializes in creating accessible and inclusive classes, suitable for participants of all levels.
Yoga Instructor
Tala
Trained in Mysore, India, Tala holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Ashtanga Yoga and has studied traditional breath and bandha techniques, anatomy, and alignment. Her teaching is deeply informed by classical Ashtanga while thoughtfully adapted to support modern lifestyle, diverse bodies, and different stages of life.
With over a decade of experience in yoga, fitness, and body-based practices, her work bridges discipline and compassion, structure and intuition. Alongside yoga, Tala brings a rich multidisciplinary background that includes Barre au Sol, functional strength training, TRX, breathwork, and meditation.
Her classes emphasize intelligent sequencing, precise alignment, injury prevention, and nervous system regulation. She teaches in English and Farsi and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study, movement exploration, and mindfulness.
