Culturally Rooted Support Groups
In partnership with the Faranak Foundation, we provide a safe space for the Persian Diaspora to be heard, observe emotions, find empathy, and experience calm. In these sessions, you don't have to be strong—you just have to be yourself.

A Dedicated Hour of Non-Judgmental Presence.
Our sessions are structured to provide more than just talk therapy. In these closed groups, we integrate mindfulness practices to help you experience 'presence' in the midst of life's challenges. For one hour each week, we step out of the noise and into a professionally facilitated circle where every voice is valued and every emotion is safe.
Listening, Breathing, and Simply Being
We move through these challenging times by leaning on one another. Our sessions are designed for deep listening and mutual empathy. Together, we practice simple somatic exercises to calm the mind and body, providing a safe harbor to process emotions without the pressure to perform or 'be strong.' It is an hour dedicated to presence and genuine connection.
