Refund policy

At Nature’s Zeal, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness experiences and products—from our meditation retreats, and clay pot culinary tools to our State-of-Flow coaching and exercise programs.  Because of the nature of our digital services and physical wellness goods, we adhere to the following policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Nature’s Zeal (NaturesZeal.com, in-person or e-transfer) are final.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical products (Clay Pots, lifestyle guides, etc.)

  • Digital programs and workshops

  • One-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions

  • Retreat and workshop registrations

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

2. Subscription Cancellations

For our recurring State-of-Flow, Champion memberships or exercise subscriptions:

  • Cancel Anytime: You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at WeCare@NaturesZeal.com 

  • Timing is Key: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your scheduled charge date. * No Partial Refunds: Once a subscription fee has been processed, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid term.

3. Damages and Issues

For physical products (such as Clay Pots), please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
