In this special one-hour session, in partnership with First Step Yoga, Sarah will guide you through a variety of mindfulness practices, all designed to help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life!

This in-person session includes: 

  • Breathing exercise,
  • Chanting Mantra,
  • Guided meditation, and
  • Journaling.
This event will be taking place at First Step Yoga.

What You'll Need to bring:

  • Journal and pen
  • Water bottle
  • Yoga mat
  • Cushion/ yoga block/ chair (if needed)
  • Comfortable clothes (preferably white or light colour)
