In this special one-hour session, in partnership with First Step Yoga, Sarah will guide you through a variety of mindfulness practices, all designed to help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life!
This in-person session includes:
- Breathing exercise,
- Chanting Mantra,
- Guided meditation, and
- Journaling.

What You'll Need to bring:
- Journal and pen
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat
- Cushion/ yoga block/ chair (if needed)
- Comfortable clothes (preferably white or light colour)
